The official bit

Considering the digital nature of Powered Now and the fact there is a fully accessible trial period and multiple commitment levels, refunds for subscriptions are not given outside of our 30 day money back guarantee (see below).

There is no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations such as the following:

  • you have changed your mind about a subscription;

  • you have forgotten to cancel before renewal;

  • you bought a subscription by mistake;

  • you do not have sufficient expertise to use the subscription; or

  • you can no longer access the subscription due to your own technical reasons.

A note on our prices and refunds

Powered Now has two levels of subscription, a monthly and yearly. The monthly option is great if you want no commitment, this means you can leave us with very little notice. For this you pay a little more. The annual subscription means you are prepaying for a years service, for this commitment you are getting 12 months for the price of 10, thats quite a saving. This is why we can’t refund our plans.

To claim a refund under the 30 day money back guarantee you must have sat training with one of the Powered Now customer service team. The refund is down to the discretion of Powered Now and not an automatic right. 

Did you know, the subscription fees we charge help pay for our staff, the service and the continued development of our software. From 14p per day it's a very low cost for software that can run your business. Thats less than a third of Starbucks Latte per week!
