Offer – Purchase an annual subscription for Powered Now and recieve a free gift:

• 4 or more users, annual contract £995, claim a free iPad
• 3 users, annual contract £750, claim a free Chromebook
• 2 users, annual contract £500, claim six bottles of wine

From 1 July to 31 July 2021 Powered Now is offering a number of free gifts to qualifying participants (the Promotion) who purchase an annual subscription of 2 or more users. By participating in this offer you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. The Promotion is open only to Powered Now users in the United Kingdom who:

1.1. Purchase a full price, annual subscription of more than two users;

1.2. are considered genuine prospects, this is as the discretion of Powered Now staff;

2. To be eligible for the Promotion each Eligible Participant must:

2.1. be either an existing or new customer;

2.2 existing customers may only upgrade to an annual contract, the value of the annual contract must be greater than x10 + £150 any monthly agreement already in place;

Upon completion of this process the Eligible Participants will automatically be eligible to receive a free gift.

3 The free gift will be dispatched within 60 days following payment of the annual contract.

4 This Promotion is subject to additional terms and conditions that apply and govern the usage of the Powered Now products. By opting to register for the Promotion, you agree to the terms and conditions www.powerednow.com/terms-and-conditions (the Standard Software Terms).

5 If there is an inconsistency between any of the provisions of these terms and conditions and the provisions of the Standard Software Terms, the provisions of these terms and conditions shall prevail.

6 The Promotion is limited to one entry per eligible participant and one entry per firm/company. Multiple claims by an eligible participant will not be accepted and may lead to the disqualification of that eligible participant from the promotion. Likewise, Applications by multiple eligible participants at a single firm will not be accepted.

7 Powered Now accepts no responsibility for subscriptions not successfully completed due to a technical fault (including but not limited to, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure) of any kind.

8 The Promotion is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

9 Powered Now reserves the right to:

9.1 disqualify an Eligible Participant from the Promotion if its conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Promotion.

9.2 disqualify an Eligible Participant from the Promotion in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions or the Standard Software Terms by an Eligible Participant.
9.3 hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

10 The decision of Powered Now regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.

11 Powered Now reserves the right to substitute the Promotion and its value. The substitution shall be subject to the terms and conditions provided by the supplier.

12 Insofar as is permitted by law, Powered Now, its subsidiaries and each of its and their respective employees, officers or agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Eligible Participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Promotion unless otherwise agreed in the Standard Software Terms.

13 Powered Now reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Eligible Participant. Powered Now may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying any application made in connection with the Promotion. Powered Now reserves the right to disqualify an Eligible Participant if it fails to comply with Powered Now verification requirements.
